Veronika lives at home with her parents and studies at university. She shares her room with her dog Lila and kitten Rosalia. One day, she receives an invitation to a party. She goes and opens her closet and as she searches through the pile of clothes – to her disbelief she shouts out: ´I have nothing to wear!´. I believe we all heard this sentence somewhere :D….She is reluctant to buy a new piece of item as she will probably just wear it once for this occasion, so she decides to try pre-owned. But where to start? By word of mouth, she finds out about Passport to Kindness. Veronika likes the idea of bidding and donating to animal shelter very much. She decides to bid on a dress she really likes and wins the auction. Few days later her new dress arrives and paints a smile on her face. She supported a pet in need by getting a pre-loved piece.

Thanks to Veronika, a pet could be fed and provided for so needed medical care and contributed to the sustainable initiative by her decision to buy a pre-owned item.
